Fall Registration

Interested in our fall Team?  READ THIS FIRST and then completed steps 1 and 2


Two steps to join!

Step One

Click the button below to register for FALL at Lakeville Ultimate Fall league (combined North and South Team).

Step Two

Minnesota Ultimate also requires a registration and waivers as they manage the overall league.

 

New players - create a player profile and sign waivers on Minnesota Ultimate's website.  Waivers must be complete before your player will be allowed to practice. PAY THE $60 FEE at this time.  


The MNU website and waivers can be a challenge to complete so please reach out to Lakeville.ultimate@gmail.com if assistance is needed. 


Returning players - you will need to complete your waivers again for the new season on your Minnesota Ultimate profile.
