Fall Registration

Step One

Step Two

Minnesota Ultimate also requires a registration and waivers as they manage the overall league.

 

New players - create a player profile and sign waivers on Minnesota Ultimate's website.  Waivers must be complete before your player will be allowed to practice. DO NOT PAY THE $60 FEE at this time.  


The MNU website and waivers can be a challenge to complete so please reach out to info@lsuclub.org if assistance is needed, or click the chat button below. 


Returning players - you MAY need to complete your waivers on your Minnesota Ultimate profile.
