Lakeville South Ultimate: Where Champions Are Made
A Brief History of Lakeville South Ultimate
2017: Founded by former President and Head Coach Ken Auger, Lakeville South Ultimate began serving students of Lakeville South High School and participating in the Minnesota High School Ultimate Spring League.
2018: LSU began participating in Minnesota Ultimate's fall league in addition to the regular spring season.
2019: LSU became an official non-profit, forming its first official board of directors, and began serving as an official Independent Provider to Lakeville South High School.
2019-2024: Over the next 5 years LSU would see tremendous growth in its competitive play winning the Conference Championship in 2021, and Cat Cup winners in 2022 and 2023. In 2023, LSU saw incredible expansion within its coaching staff to continue the development of its players, adding 3 additional coaches.
2024: LSU experienced its first major transition with both its board and coaching staff. Parents of graduating seniors transitioned from the board, and a great new Board took the helm. With the new Board and experienced coaching staff, Lakeville South Ultimate's future is bright as it continues to serve players and families in 2025 and beyond.
