Our Mission
Hi everyone! My name is Cody Castonguay and I'm excited to be coaching your kids in ultimate frisbee. Although LSHS didn't have the ultimate program when I was a student, I went on to play the sport for four years at Minnesota State University Mankato, where I was also the team captain my senior year. Aside from ultimate frisbee, I am also a photographer and videographer by trade. When I'm not working or coaching, I enjoy playing competitive paintball, biking, bouldering, and spending time outdoors. I'm a proud LSHS alumni from the class of 2016, and it's great to be back at my old high school teaching everything I know about one of my favorite sports. I can't wait to see what the season has in store for us!
